Sensodyne Rapid Relief is toothpaste for adults and children (12 years and older). Sensodyne Rapid Relief toothpaste is for people with sensitive teeth. It works in 60 seconds to rapidly relieve sensitivity pain when used as directed. With regular use it builds long-lasting protection against sensitivity with twice daily brushing. It freshens breath, protects against cavities, and removes plaque with twice daily brushing. Directions: Use Sensodyne Rapid Relief sensitivity toothpaste twice daily for clinically proven sensitivity relief. Always follow the label. Adults and children 12 years of age and over. Brush teeth thoroughly (for at least 1 minute), twice daily, preferably after each meal or as directed by a health care practitioner. Spit out and do not swallow. Use no more than 3 times/day. For fast relief, brush sensitive teeth first OR squeeze a pea-sized amount onto a clean fingertip and gently rub onto each sensitive area for 1 minute before brushing.
