XeraCalm A.D Lipid-replenishing cleansing oil is specifically formulated and indicated to gently cleanse dry sensitive skin prone to atopic eczema and itching, in infants, children and adults. XeraCalm A.D Lipid-Replenishing Cleansing Oil gently cleanses and soothes very dry skin prone to atopic eczema and itching. As the first step in the anti-itching routine, it leaves the skin soft and comfortable and respects the skin microbiome. Soap-free and with a physiological pH, it can be used during flare-ups on the face, body and scalp. Its formula combines the first post-biotic active ingredient derived from Avène Thermal Spring Water, I-modulia®, which reduces itching*, stimulates the skin's defences and fights against irritation, with Cer-omega, skin-like lipids known for their nourishing and restoring action on the skin's barrier, and Avène Thermal Spring Water, which is naturally soothing, anti-irritation and softening. Returns

Refunds
Sellers have to offer a refund for certain items only if they are faulty, such as: Personalised items and custom-made items, Perishable items, Newspapers and magazines, Unwrapped CDs DVDs and computer software. If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. The seller will effect the refund within three working days but it may take up to 30 days for Paypal to process the transfer. For payments funded partially by a card and partially by your balance/bank, the money taken from your card will go back to your card and the remainder will return to your PayPal balance.
